Using The Limiter
Use The Limiter near the end of a track or mix chain to explore a more controlled peak level. Judge the result on punch and clarity as well as perceived loudness.
A starting point
Choose a character, set Ceiling and increase Loudness while watching gain reduction. Use Level Match for listening comparisons and turn it off for export; check the finished file against your delivery target.
